Holiday Apartment 2 in Haus Strandberg spans two levels (ground floor and attic) and offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, an open-concept kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker) with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and the living area, which is equipped with a TV. A staircase leads from the living area to the top floor, where the second bedroom with two single beds is located. In the summer, two beach chairs are available in the shared garden for sunbathing. The garden can be used by all three units in the house. The holiday rental has Wi-Fi. Free parking is available on the street right next to the house. A well-behaved dog is allowed with prior notice (€10 per pet per day).

Aufgrund der ruhigen und doch zentralen Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand, zur Bushaltestelle und zur Innenstadt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nespresso-Maschine leistete uns gute Dienste.

Sie haben umgehend auf meine E-Mail geantwortet und mir mitgeteilt, dass Sie sich darum kümmern werden und Kontakt mit der Vermieterin aufnehmen werden, und am nächsten Tag stand die Vermieterin mit zwei neuen Matrazen vor der Tür. Das war wirklich sensationell. Vielen Dank dafür! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für uns die perfekte Lage. Angenehme Kommunikation mit Fineline.

Ferienwohnung mit Hund

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung. Gut gefallen hat uns die insgesamt ansprechende Größe der Wohnung und die recht kurze Entfernung zum Strand. Die Wohnung bietet erstmal alles was man für eine Woche Sylt benötigt. Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass die Wohnung bei Bezug nach Fisch gerochen hat. Außerdem ist das Bad OK aber kein Highlight… Achtung Haustür nicht von Innen verriegeln, sie ging dann nicht mehr auf… Alles in allem eine nette Ferienwohnung. Dennoch würden wir beim nächsten mal eine andere Unterkunft wählen.
