The newly built apartment is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family building. It is very bright and features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, dishes, coffee maker), a large bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a small bedroom, and a terrace (starting in summer 2025).
Bedding and towels are included.
Guests will find a selection of drinks and delicacies in the apartment, available for a fee. Guests receive a 5% discount when shopping at the wine shop on the ground floor of the building.

Your host is from France and is the owner of “Genusswelt Frankreichs,” an importer of wines, champagne, spirits, and delicacies from France, with a store and warehouse on the ground floor.
