The half of the holiday home can accommodate up to six people and is stylishly furnished. As soon as you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a warm and cosy atmosphere. The open living area invites you to relax, and the view from the kitchen window offers an unobstructed view of the North Sea dike, which is only 600 metres away. Enjoy the peace and comfort of this charming home.

Sleep in two cosy bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm), and the children’s room is furnished with a bunk bed (80x190 cm).

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The yard is fenced with a 0.90-meter-high fence and is dog-friendly (we welcome up to two dogs), so your four-legged friends can run around safely. The 4,000-square-meter property offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and is perfect for relaxing. For evenings spent together, a small grill and a rotisserie grill are available, so you can prepare delicious meals outdoors.

A special attraction of this holiday home is the man-made lake landscape on which it is situated. A walking path around the lake is mowed regularly and is perfect for relaxing strolls. For the adventurous, a rowing boat and a pedal boat are available for you to use at your own risk to explore the lake landscape.

The “Andreas” half of the house shares the 4,000-square-meter property with the “Fenja” half and another holiday home, “Villa Deichblick.” Each unit has its own fenced-in garden area. The entire property, which includes 2 electric charging stations (available for a daily flat fee), is shared by all holiday guests. This also includes a dedicated play area in the garden with a sandpit, swings, and a seesaw, as well as the barbecue area.

In a separate laundry room, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer, so you can conveniently do your laundry on-site. Another highlight of this holiday home is the friendly goats in the garden, who love to be petted and provide some animal-themed entertainment.
