The house features two separate living units and is located directly on the canal with its own boat dock. The unobstructed view to the east across the vast landscape all the way to the Great Sea creates an idyllic atmosphere.
The house features an automatic ventilation system and is therefore allergy-friendly. In 2024, the natural gas connection was replaced with a geothermal heat pump, allowing the underfloor heating to be operated in an environmentally friendly manner using renewable energy.

The holiday rental features a covered balcony terrace facing southeast, which invites you to enjoy the fresh air, whether over a relaxing breakfast or a cosy evening. A parking space right next to the house provides added convenience. There is a hotel/restaurant in the area that opened in 2012, and there is a postbox directly across from the driveway.

For active recreation, you can use the provided rowing boat, kayak, or the two bicycles to explore the picturesque surroundings and the canal landscape. Utility costs, as well as bed linens, towels, and final cleaning, are already included in the price, so you can enjoy your holiday without any additional worries.
