Ascona is a neighbor place of Locarno. The small fisherman village is today internationally well known prominent meeting place. That 4-floors flat house lies at sunny position at the village beginning and has combined outdoor/indoor pool (6m x 4m, outside open from ca. middle May until ca. middle September, weather dependent), sauna and garden for common use. The apartment lies on the top floor with balcony, sun blinds and view on the mountains. Elevator. Driveway until house. Private parking in garage. Bus ca. 200m. Village center, shop ca. 500m. Lake ca. 800m. Beach and bathing-establishment, golf ca. 1,8 km. Bed/kitchen linen available. Pets not permitted.

In 2016 newly renovated and newly furnished apartment. Entrance. Living room with table, sofa suitable as sofa bed for 1person, sat-TV, exit on furnished balcony.
