Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders klasse ist die Lage: Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Bäcker und auch der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Vom Küchenfenster und einem Fenster im Wohnzimmer hat man sogar einen schönen Blick auf das Meer – ein wirklich schönes Plus! Für unseren Kleinen wären Verdunklungsrollos allerdings schön gewesen, da es abends noch recht hell und zudem warm war. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft aufgrund der tollen Lage und der guten Ausstattung weiterempfehlen.

Es hat uns ehrlich gesagt nicht gefallen. Man merkt, das sin die Immobilie nicht groß investiert wird. Das fängt bei Klrinigkeiten an, wie ausgefallene Beluechtung im Bad und schleifender Haustür. Der Boder ist sehr stark verschmutzt und das Sofa völlig durchgesessen. Die Heizung rödelt lautstark die ganze Nacht aber das schimmste wsr der ausgefalle Fahrstuhl. Alles in die dritte Etage zu schleppen von Koffern über Lebensmittel bis hin zu den Kindern und ihrem Spielzeug ist eine Zumuntung gewesen. Geholfen hat mir trotz Anruf bei Port 54 leider auch niemand. Wir würden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und können die Immobilie nicht empfehlen.

Alles in allem solide. Tolle Aussicht, super Lage, 1a Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist wohnlich, es wurde mit Liebe dekoriert. Es gibt eine Nespresso, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Abzug für die Bratpfanne. Man bekommt ein Starterkit mit Spülmaschinentabs, WC Papier etc.. Es gibt Bücher, Malzeug, man kann sich einen Regenschirm, Einkaufstasche und andre Nettigkeiten ausleihen. Da hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Abzug leider für die Matratzen und den in die Jahre gekommenen Balkon. Dafür super Bad, gute Küche, gemütliche Sofaecke. Alles in allem solide mit Potenzial nach oben.
