Vacation apartment with a fantastic view in a quiet location!

Your own beautiful 2-room apartment on the upper floor of our house. It’s in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a great view from the spacious south-facing balcony.

We love animals, so we have chickens, ducks, and cats on our property. Depending on the season, you’ll also get fresh produce from our garden!

20 minutes to the national park
6 minutes to the supermarket
35 minutes to Passau

The bedroom adjoins the living area and features a large bed, nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a shelf for your luggage.

When the weather is nice, you can relax on the large balcony and enjoy the view. Maybe you’ll spot our runner ducks or watch the chickens pecking around in their pen.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, and of course, coffee and tea are available.
In the bathroom, you can either enjoy a soak in the tub or take a relaxing shower.

The apartment also has a wood-burning stove, which can be used when the outside temperature is below 14 degrees and quickly makes the place cosy and warm. We’ll provide you with firewood and kindling. Make yourself comfortable in front of the fire and watch the flames.

Please note: We are required to collect a visitor’s tax: €3 per night for adults and €1.50 for children ages 6 and up.

Check-in is self-service via a key box.
