Inside, the apartment features all essentials for a comfortable stay, including a bathtub (usable for a small fee of €5 per use). The area offers excellent hiking and biking opportunities, including trails through the scenic Saußbachklamm and along the Salzsäumer route. In winter, guests can enjoy three nearby ski lifts and a toboggan run.

The apartment is ideal in summer, as it is located on the north side, and the terrace is also north-facing, which keeps it pleasantly cool.
