This place has everything! Anything you can think of for the beach, cooking, cleaning, etc it’s there! Super comfortable and clean. Only thing is the street outside is quite popular for people to race down so it does get noisy. Super close to the beach which was amazing.

It had everything I could possibly need and more close to the beach. Beds were not the most comfortable and there was loud cars and noise from the street at night. Some cars drove fast in and out of the parking right outside the door. Overall really good 👍

It was a very nice and clean place. The restaurant are close. Everything was convent. The owner was very quick to answer questions and concerns. Highly recommend to stay here, and I will return.

Scam

Pretty sure this property is a huge scam. Tried to book speak with the property manager MANY times before my arrival to cancel and he NEVERRRRR responded! I contacted VRBO about his lack of communication and VRBO was pretty unhelpful too! They told me I needed to go thru my credit card to resolve it for a refund. THANK GOD Citibank is great and refunded everything! I’m so glad I didn’t go on this trip and end up with no place to stay! Unfortunately After this experience I will Think twice about booking any property through vrbo.

Well equipped and nice location

About 45 minutes to old San Juan and the airport. There is a pleasant beech just across the street. The unit was well equipped, including things like bug spray and shampoo. On site coin-op laundry was great since we packed light. The host is friendly and took time to show us around the unit when we checked in.

Has all you need

Thank you Arturo, we had a great time. The condo was perfect size, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at Cerro Gordo beach. The beach by the condo is beautiful and The people in town were very friendly. We would definitely come back.

If you want to enjoy a nice on the beach vacation, this is the place to stay and enjoy with family. Arturo the owner was very professional and took care of any needs to make our stay comfortable as possible. I am a Disabled US Army Soldier and I can tell you that I will return to Puerto Rico and will contact Arturo for another week in PARADISE!!! Thanks ARTURO!!! Cabrera's Familiy
