Beautiful, newly constructed, 800 sq ft apartment vacation rental and an additional 180 sq ft terrace. Modern, yet comfortable style, centrally located with 24 hour security. As you enter you will find a reading nook and a small flight of stairs that leads to the main level of the apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet (Wifi), a flat screen TV with DVD and Cable, washer & dryer and a terrace with the best view of the city... that has a lovely outdoor sitting area and grill. 20-minute walk to El Centro (the main downtown plaza), a 10-minute walk to major shopping areas.

When Geovany originally saw the view from the terrace, he knew this was a property that couldn't be matched. Originally purchased as an investment while he was living abroad, upon returning to Cuenca, the couple lived in the apartment during their first two years of marriage. They have personally experienced everything it has to offer, and highly recommend the experience for others.

What makes this property unique

As an international couple, the Osorios bring a unique view of what makes a living environment comfortable. They have brought this view into the selections they made for the apartment - from the size of the towels, to the types of sheets, to the overall ambiance.
