We loved our stayed at Terra Sur, Oscar and his beautiful wife made our stay so wonderful. They also recommend some fabulous restaurants where the food was amazing. This was our 2nd visit to Terra Sur! Centrally located close to every thing! All in walking distance. A must stay! We will return and will stay there again..

Great find in Cuenca!

We enjoyed our stay at Terra Sur. Oscar is a super friendly & helpful host who is on the property every day. The location is wonderful! It is a close walk to El Centro, supermarkets & tons of restaurants. The apartment was clean with great showers. HOT water & plenty of it! This was one of the quietest streets at night we have ever experienced in Cuenca. The internet connection was great. Along with having comfortable beds in each bedroom, there are TV’s. Our biggest regret was not having a TV in the sitting room. We recommend this apartment and plan to return ourselves. It is close to to the university and the neighborhood is safe and the building is secured.
