es gibt keinen Parkplatz für Pkw am Objekt. Gepäck ausladen nur unter Zuhilfenahme des Bürgersteigs möglich, da eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Objekt ist. Die FeWo befindet sich im 1. Stockwerk. Unter den Hängeschränken der Küchenzeile fehlt jegliche Beleuchtung. Ebenso in der Essecke. Die Duschwanne hat keine rutschsichere Beschichtung oder eine entsprechende Matte. Zwischen Spiegel und Waschbecken im Bad gibt es keine Möglichkeit zum abstellen von Zahnputzutensilien und dergleichen.
