The apartment is located in a house built in 1999 and has a level access. The sliding door of the living room allows direct access to the sun terrace with a view of the Birkengrundweg and the opposite tree stand.
Werder is very accessible via AB connections (exit Phöben, 3,5 km) and train (walking distance 800 m). With the RE1 you reach Magdeburg (1 time hourly: 1 hour), Brandenburg (2 times hourly: 15 minutes), Potsdam (2 times hourly: 10 minutes) and Berlin HBf (2 times hourly 40 minutes).
Werder itself has a well developed public transport / bus network. The nearest stop is about 400 m away.
The apartment has: TV & WLAN as well as car park for cars or wheelchair access. Children are welcome. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a ground floor shower cubicle.
