The bathroom includes a bathtub, and there is an entryway with a coat rack. Additionally, a furnished covered balcony enhances the living experience. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool and recreational amenities such as table tennis and a laundry room (for a fee), located on floors 1 to 4 of the building. A covered parking space is also provided. One dog is allowed for an extra fee.
