Das Ferienhaus ist relativ klein, aber für zwei Personen, die keine großen Ansprüche haben, ausreichend. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es noch weitere 4 Ferienhäuser. Den Zugangscode haben wir per Telefon vor Ort erhalten. Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist wahrscheinlich für derartige Unterkünfte an der Ostsee normal. Die Lage ist gut (10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, der nicht überlaufen ist und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Bäcker). Wer etwas ab vom "Kaiserbädertrubel" sein möchte, ist in Koserow gut aufgehoben.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt auf Usedom sehr genossen. Die Lage war super, bis auf die Sauberkeit und der muffige, feuchte Geruch des Bungalows. Bin nicht pingelig aber so eine Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie. Uns kam es so vor das nach der letzten Belegung einige Zeit vergangen ist und dann nicht mehr geschaut wurde ob alles in Ordnung ist ( schiefhängende Plissees, Spinnen, dreckiges Geschirr, Duschkopf verkehrt rum angebaut). Was wirklich Schade ist zumal es unser einzigster Urlaub im Jahr ist und dann das.Wenn Usedom dann nicht nochmal dort.

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, die Unterkunft ist klein, aber fein. Es gibt viel Platz zum Spielen vor dem Bungalow und eine Grillmöglichkeit. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und dürften erneuert werden, aber das hat uns wenig gestört. Ein kleiner Hocker wäre allerdings toll gewesen, da meine Tochter (2) leider nicht allein auf die Toilette bzw. Waschbecken kam. Die Vermietung ist freundlich und telefonisch gut erreichbar. Die Kinder wollen unbedingt wieder kommen :-)

Ich hab ja schon viel gesehen aber das war mit Abstand die schlimmste Unterkunft die wir bis jetzt hatten. Am liebsten wäre ich am selben Tag wieder heimgefahren. Der Bungalow scheint noch aus DDR Zeiten zu sein und vieles sah leider auch noch so aus, das einzige was renoviert war, war das Wohnzimmer aber auch mehr schlecht als recht. Selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster hatte man die ganze Zeit einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch in den Zimmern, den leider auch das Bett schon angenommen hatte. Die Matratzen sind zum Teil durchgelegen und man spürt die Federn. Auf den Böden waren überall Flecken, die Tische und Arbeitsflächen in der Küche waren bei unserer Ankunft auch nicht wirklich abgewischt, in den Ecken teilweise Spinnen, im Bad sogar drei Stück und dass, obwohl bei unserer Ankunft die Reinigungskraft da war. Unter den Duschtüren wurde glaub ich noch nie sauber gemacht, da beim duschen immer schwarze Ablagerungen hervor kamen. Leider war es auch nicht der Bungalow der auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Ich bin nur froh, dass wir mit dem Wetter Glück hatten.
