The bright three-room apartment covers 78 square meters and is located in a residential complex with three main houses. The non-smoking apartment is on the 3rd floor with an unobstructed view of Lake Constance from Mainau to Birnau. The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, induction stove, oven, toaster, etc.). ). Free WLAN connection, washing machine and a dryer in the apartment are also available to guests.



The spacious bathroom consists of a bathtub and a shower separated by a glass wall. The WC is located in a separate room.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Unteruhldingen

Pros: Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Blick von dem Balkon auf den Bodensee ist fantastisch! Der Gastgeber war problemlos erreichbar via E-Mail. Mit dem E-Bike ist man in 5- 8 Minuten an der Seepromenade. Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Cons: Der Fahrradkeller war total überfüllt. Wir hatten Mühe unsere E-Bikes unterzubringen. Das Problem wird aber demnächst behoben sein.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf den See

Pros: Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal da. Die Wohnung ist einfach die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je gesehen haben. Perfekt eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann, da wurde an nichts gespart. Blitzsauber, wohnlich und zur Begrüßung gibt’s auch noch ein Geschenk. Das Hallenbad im Nachbarhaus rundet das Angebot ab. Ebenfalls sehr sauber und großzügig. Eine anfängliche Unstimmigkeit wurde schnell und unbürokratisch behoben.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Ausblick auf den Bodensee.

Pros: Die Ausstattung in Küche und Bad ließ keine Wünsche offen - haben wir in noch keinem Ferienhaus/-wohnung ähnlich gut vorgefunden. Auch die uns übersandte (bebilderte) Beschreibung erläuterte ausführlich alle Fragen hinsichtlich des Zuganges zur Wohnung, so dass man sich bei Ankunft sofort gut zurechtgefunden hat. Cons: Das Schwimmbad haben wir nur einmal benutzt, da war die Tür zur Sauna verschlossen. Eine Beschreibung, ob und wie die Sauna von Gästen genutzt werden kann, haben wir nicht gefunden.

Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. C est très agréable. L accès à la piscine est facile. Le bus est très pratique, on aurait dû plus l utiliser. Je recommande cet appartement.
