Beautiful, colorful apartment in the 2-OG of a 3 family house with a total of 6 rooms, all with natural light. All floors wooden parquet or tiles.

1 room with double bed, 3 rooms with single beds, 1 room with 2 sofa beds.
1 bathroom with real glass shower.

The table in the dining room can be pulled out for up to 8 people, so many chairs are there too.

It is all there to provide a 2nd home and to be able to work as well as live and enjoy.

Great view of the Achalm-Reutlingen.

In the middle of the town center, shopping and dining, as well as the public transport in 3 minutes walk.

Supermarket, post office and beverage market is open from 6:30 am to 10 pm.
German, Italian and Croatian cuisine on the spot.

Messe and Stuttgart Airport by car within 2o min. reachable; by bus 30 min.

Pliezhausen lies in the heart of the Swabian Alb; Tübingen, Reutlingen, Nürtingen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart, Böblingen, Sindelfingen, Black Forest or Heidelberg, everything is super fast to reach.

Schön und unkompliziert

Durch die vielen Zimmer konnte jeder ein eigenes Zimmer haben und die Jugentlichen konnten sich zurückziehen. Die Eltern des Vermieters waren sehr nett und im Ort gab es alles was man benötigt.
