The "Sunset Boulevard" holiday rental, furnished in a retro country-style, is located on the 1st floor of the "Terrassenflat" apartment complex. This apartment is a private home and is practically furnished. The holiday rental accommodates a maximum of 4 to 5 people (max. 4 adults!). In addition to the beautiful view of the sea and the dunes, this cosy home is located right next to the pleasant town centre with its many restaurants and shops.

Living Room
The living room is comfortably furnished and features a spacious sofa, comfortable armchairs, a large dining table, a digital TV, and spacious cabinets filled with various books and games. A wonderful place to spend time together and play a game.

Balcony
From the living room, you can step out onto the large, furnished balcony (20 m²), which is equipped with a parasol. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the dunes!

Kitchen
The kitchen is connected to the living room, furnished in a country house style, and fully equipped with a stove, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter)/Nespresso, electric kettle, and oven. There is also a cosy dining area here.

"Sunset Boulevard" has 3 bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a double box-spring bed (160 x 200) and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom has an Auping three-quarter bed (120 x 200) and a bunk bed, and is equipped with a sink and a closet.
The third bedroom has a box-spring bed (140 x 200) and a wardrobe, and is equipped with a sink

Bathroom
The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, two sinks, and a bathroom vanity. 
The toilet is separate.

The holiday rental has a washing machine.

Private garage
The holiday rental has a garage (height 1.99 m and width 2.48 m), which fits 1 car; please make use of this space during your stay. You will not receive a digital parking pass, and we do not need your number plate number.



Important
The “Terrassenflat” complex has an lift. This lift stops at the intermediate floors, so you’ll always have to climb 2 sets of 8 steps.

The Egmond coast is a wonderful destination. Endless walks along the beach and through the dunes, with the salty sea air and fresh breeze blowing through your hair. Stroll along the boulevard with a view of the beach and the sea at Egmond… You’re guaranteed to have a great time here and return home feeling refreshed.
The “Terrasflat” complex is located on the south side of Kennedy Boulevard. The south side is characterised by its unobstructed location, with no through traffic between the residential buildings and the beach. This creates a quiet, relaxed living environment where the sound of the sea and the fresh sea air are always present. Thanks to its favourable sun exposure, you’ll enjoy plenty of light year-round and a wonderful sense of outdoor living.
