The apartment features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed) and a spacious living area with an open kitchen. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV. The property has a fiber-optic connection, providing modern internet access. The shower room has been renovated and features a window. On the wonderful, fenced-in sun terrace, even holidaymakers with dogs or small children can enjoy a relaxing stay; a grill is available for barbecuing. Parking spaces, a large communal garden with a lawn for sunbathing, and playground equipment are located directly on the property. There are a total of 4 residential units in the building.

The Surroundings
Our Ostseeglück complex is located in Gollendorf, a small farming village in the southwest of the island. Its immediate proximity to the Baltic Sea dike (approx. 800 m) makes it an ideal starting point for walks and bike rides to the neighbouring towns and sailing harbours of Orth and Lemkenhafen. Gollendorf Bay is also a perfect spot for kitesurfers, windsurfers, and stand-up paddlers, making it particularly well-suited for beginners. Kiteboarding, surfing, and boating schools and rental shops are located in Orth, Lemkenhafen, or Gold.
