Luxurious vacation home "SPO-Glück" - vacation under thatch for 6 people with garden

This cosy thatched-roof cottage underwent a complete renovation in 2023 and now shines in new splendour. Particular emphasis was placed on comfort and understated elegance to further highlight the charm of this home. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the village centre, where you’ll find various shopping options and restaurants. You can reach the dunes even faster, where you can enjoy wonderful walks. The large, beautifully landscaped garden also invites you to linger.

The living area of approximately 135 m² spans two levels and is divided as follows:

Ground floor: Entrance area with a workspace, a living room with an open-concept kitchen, dining area, Mylin tiled stove, and access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—single mattresses), TV, and en suite shower room, and a guest bathroom

Upper floor: a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm—single mattresses), TV, and en suite shower room; one bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm—single mattresses; accessible from one side only), a separate shower room

Outside, there is a lockable storage area for bicycles.
You’ll also find an outdoor sauna here.

A carport parking space and an additional open parking space are available to you.
You are welcome to bring your dog.

Sehr schönes Haus mit genug Platz für sechs Personen plus Hund. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt und der Hund kann sich frei bewegen. Im Garten auch noch eine schöne Gartensauna. Ruhig gelegen im schönen Ortsteil Dorf mit genug Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen und Essen gehen. Nur die großen Sandstrände sind etwas weit weg. Aber das wussten wir.

Die Buchung bei Koch verlief vollkommen problemlos. Kurz vor Ankunft bekamen wir eine Mail das unser Haus schon fertig sei und wir früher den Schlüssel haben könnten. Super Service. Kurz vor Sylvester kam ein Mitarbeiter mit einer Flasche Prosecco vorbei und fragte ob alles in Ordnung sei. Das haben wir noch bei keinem Makler erlebt. Danke! Die Immobilie entsprach voll unseren Ansprüchen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

SPO geht allerdings für uns nur in der Nebensaison, da wir eher die Ruhe lieben. unbedingt - jederzeit wir kennen die FA seit 2018 und sind per Internet damals auf "Fannis Hus"- leider nicht mehr in der Vermietung - gestoßen und seitdem wegen der gepflegten Objekte (wir kennen bereits 5 Objekte) bei der FA geblieben.

St. Peter Ording ist sehr schön und wir waren schon öfter dort. Ein Vorteil ist, dass der Bus in der Kurkarte enthalten ist. Dadurch kann man zwischen Ortsteilen pendeln. Ja, denn es hat allen gut gefallen Wir haben im Internet bewusst nach 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern gesucht mit guter Lage.
