Welcome to Casa Cappellina, a charming, detached vacation home in Gerra Gambarogno! The house, built in a southern rustic style, offers space for four people and invites you to relax and unwind.
The highlight is the exclusive beach reserved for tenants, which provides direct access to Lake Maggiore.
The house is easily accessible by car, with two reserved parking spaces. A garden staircase (approx. 100 steps) leads up to the house. The bus stop is approx. 300 m away, shopping facilities are 500 m away.
The well-kept rustic furnishings create a cozy atmosphere. In the living/dining room you will find a dining table, a sofa, satellite TV and Internet W-Lan. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and is located next to the dining room. The house has two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed and single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided. Pets are allowed, so your four-legged friend can also enjoy your vacation.
The covered terrace and garden are ideal for relaxing outdoors.
