Belcanto Holiday Rental with Balcony in the Berolina Building in Dahme

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

This small, cosy holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and, with a living area of approximately 26 m², is suitable for up to 2 people. You can easily reach the apartment by lift.

The combined living and sleeping area is equipped with a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), an armchair, and a satellite TV. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which offers a fantastic distant view of the Baltic Sea. A well-equipped kitchenette, a dining table for 2 people, a small entryway, and an interior bathroom with a bathtub are also available. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to stay for an additional fee.
