From early April through approximately the end of May, renovation work will be taking place on the roof and terraces of the neighbouring building. With approximately 40 m² of living space, this apartment offers plenty of room for your family (up to 4 people).

A relaxing stay is guaranteed here, and the flat-screen TV provides entertainment. With the free Wi-Fi connection, you can send holiday photos home or stream music. While preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, you can still spend time with the whole family thanks to the open-concept layout. On the balcony, accessible from here, you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air. When it’s time for a good night’s sleep, you can retreat to the separate bedroom and its cosy double bed (2x 80x200 cm). A closet offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. In a second bedroom, children will love the bunk beds (each 90x190 cm). Start your day off right with a shower in the modern bathroom.

You can conveniently park your car in a free outdoor parking space. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in a bicycle storage room. In the basement of the house, there is a washing machine and a dryer available for shared use (for a fee).
