This beautiful semi-detached house, with 3 rooms, a living area of approx. 100 m², two bathrooms, two separate bedrooms, and a large terrace, plenty of space and comfort for up to 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children.

The entire interior is tastefully coordinated and furnished to a high standard—light-filled rooms with rustic charm and timeless modernity. Views across the fields and of thatched-roof farmhouses, along with a stylish Bullerjan stove, create a rural idyll, providing cosy warmth and comfort in every season. The large kitchen-living room is equipped with many great everyday appliances, such as an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher, and features a cosy dining area; from here, there is direct access to the large terrace. The living room is furnished with two high-quality sofas (one of which is a sleeper sofa, 125x190 cm, suitable for 1 adult or up to 2 children) and a flat-screen TV, and also offers direct access to the terrace. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 80x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The second bedroom features two single beds (each 90x190 cm) and also a closet for your holiday wardrobe. One of the tastefully designed bathrooms features a bathtub, a heated towel rack, and a washing machine. The second bathroom is equally elegant, equipped with a lighted mirror, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms ensures pleasant warmth.

There are 2 outdoor parking spaces available. Free Wi-Fi is included here. Please note that due to the thatched-roof house next door, fireworks and open-fire barbecues are prohibited.

In Grömitz, you’ll of course find a variety of shopping options and great dining choices—just a leisurely bike ride of a few kilometres, and you’ll be at the beautiful white Baltic Sea beach and the colourful promenade.
