Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

The “Albatros 1” holiday rental is modern and tastefully furnished. With 45 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Your apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Meeresgruß building right in the heart of Grömitz and is easily accessible by lift.

Your living room, featuring a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), has a dining area for 4 people and an open kitchen. The separate bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200 cm, full-length topper), a large closet with plenty of storage space for your clothes, and, of course, a second flat-screen TV. You can enjoy the sun on your balcony, which gets sunlight all morning long.

Take a holiday together while still enjoying plenty of privacy: If you book Meer 19 and Meer 20 together, the two apartments can be connected via a connecting door—perfect for a getaway with family or friends. To ensure maximum flexibility, the door is locked by default and will be unlocked for you before your arrival.

This holiday rental includes an underground parking space. The building has an lift. For general use, a bicycle storage room is available in the basement of the apartment complex, as well as a washing machine and dryer for a fee.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? Two dogs are allowed here for an additional fee.

Schöne zentral gelegene und gut ausgestattete FeWo. Alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Ein Pluspunkt sind die eigene Tiefgarage und ein Fahrstuhl im Haus. Wir haben dort eine schöne Woche verbracht und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sofa fleckig, Boden nicht gewischt, staubig, Spinnengewebe in den Ecken, Fußleisten verschmutzt. Möbel abgenutzt. Badlüftung und Duschabfluss haben gestunken. Kraushaar-Mitarbeiterin im Servicebüro war sehr unfreundlich auf unsere Anfrage, wo unser E-Bike (Akku im Rahmen verbaut) in der Tiefgarage o.Ä. aufgeladen werden kann.
