Current Notice (as of 31.08.2026): Due to road resurfacing work, the B76 between Scharbeutz and Timmendorfer Strand will be completely closed in certain sections from September 6 to 13.09.2026. Please follow the posted detour signs. Unfortunately, the car park cannot be used during this time. You can obtain a free special parking permit for public parking spaces at the service office upon arrival.

This beautiful one-room holiday apartment on the 3rd floor of the well-maintained Haus Baltic in Scharbeutz has a living area of approximately 30 m² and offers plenty of space and comfort for 2 people.

Light-filled, bright, and cosy throughout, this gem welcomes you right by the Baltic Sea. High-quality laminate flooring with a beautiful wood-grain finish creates a pleasant living atmosphere. To help you stay connected even while on holiday, free Wi-Fi is available, and cable TV provides additional entertainment. You’ll sleep just as comfortably as at home in the high-quality fold-down bed (160x190 cm). In the evenings, make yourself comfortable on the sofa or wind down your holiday days on the spacious south-facing balcony with a view over the treetops and a side view of the sea. The sparkling blue Baltic Sea is within arm’s reach here!
The modern kitchenette is integrated into the living area and makes your holiday easier with everyday conveniences like a ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave. Enjoy your first cup of coffee at the cosy breakfast bar, which seats two. The small but charming bathroom is tastefully designed and is sure to put you in a good mood with its rain shower, hair dryer, and lighted mirror.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. You can park your bicycles safely in the bike shed behind the house. Guests can also use the ping-pong table there for leisure activities. Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
