A second, open-concept bedroom is also equipped with a box-spring bed (140x200 cm); a folding screen provides privacy and a screen here. The stylish, design-inspired bathroom is light-filled and spacious, featuring amenities such as a floor-to-ceiling wellness shower, a makeup mirror, and heated floors. The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped. With amenities like an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and Nespresso capsule machine, nothing stands in the way of enjoying convivial holiday dinners. Another highlight of this comfortable apartment is the covered balcony, which spans the entire width of the home. From both the living room and the bedroom, you have direct access to your beautiful loggia area, complete with a cosy seating nook under the sloped ceiling.
