Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Please note: From January 22 through approximately 22.03.2024, a new lift will be installed in the complex.
During this time, only the rear lift (towards the car park) will be available.
Some of the construction materials and containers will be stored in the stairwell and in the underground car park during this period. To prevent accidents, please do not touch the materials. In addition, please expect both visual and noise disturbances during this time.

A chest of drawers provides storage space for your holiday wardrobe, and the flat-screen TV keeps you entertained when you’re not at the beach. The separate kitchen is elegantly designed and well-equipped—it’s a joy to prepare delicious meals here during your holiday. The living area opens directly onto the cosy, furnished balcony—enjoy the first rays of sunshine here with your morning coffee or let the evening wind down with a stylish summer drink; the side view towards the promenade lets you feel the proximity of the sea at all times.

You can park conveniently in your own parking space (Parking Deck D, clearance height 1.90 m). Wi-Fi is included.
