This tastefully designed holiday home has a living area of approximately 100 m² and, with 4 rooms—including 3 separate bedrooms—offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 6 people. The decor is timeless, casual, and modern with a nautical flair.

From the spacious entryway, you enter the open-concept kitchen-living area, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette. A light-filled loft area creates an airy, spacious feel. A cosy stove, a large dining table, a comfortable couch, and thoughtfully placed decorations complete the interior. From the living room, you have access to the private garden with a patio and a beach chair. Here, you can relax and wind down your wonderful holiday days in the evening or enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning with a fresh Baltic Sea breeze on your face. A spacious, comfortable bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower, a window, a heated towel rack, a Finnish sauna for 3–4 people, and—during the frost-free season—an outdoor shower and a guest bathroom round out this beautiful holiday home. On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a box-spring double bed (2x 80x200 cm) and one with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). A staircase leads up to the stylish attic. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a home office space for remote work, as well as a cosy lounge area in the open gallery space.

During your stay, two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you right next to the house. Free Wi-Fi is included. For our younger guests, a high chair, a travel cot, and a handcart are available for use. As a wonderful wellness highlight, a private sauna is at your disposal! The rental price is for 4 people; additional guests will be charged an extra fee per night.

Please note that this holiday home is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.

A wallbox is available for charging your electric car for a daily flat fee. The flat rate can only be booked for the entire stay. You will receive the key at the rental office upon payment of a security deposit.

During the summer season, a small beach shop offers the essentials for your culinary needs. In the neighbouring town of Neustadt, you’ll find numerous shopping options, supermarkets, bakeries, regular weekly markets, and freshly caught fish at the harbour.
