This gorgeous 3-room holiday apartment with a lake view, an approx. 26 m² partially covered sun terrace including a beach chair, a wood-burning stove, and a private sauna offers plenty of relaxation for up to 4 people in an approx. 72 m² living space.

From the lovingly furnished, light-filled living room with large windows, a wood-burning stove, and the spacious sun terrace, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the harbour entrance at Burg Staaken, the marina at Burg Tiefe, the Burger Binnensee, and the fields right next to it. Here, deer and hares are your immediate neighbors. From your beach chair, you can peacefully watch the boats come and go, enjoy the sunset in the evening while preparing delicious meals on the electric grill, or use the well-equipped kitchen with its large dining area. The kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area.

For further relaxation—and to ensure you never get cold—a sauna with a shower is available for your exclusive use.
The modern bathroom is also equipped with a cosy bathtub.

The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and two single beds, respectively, and promise restful nights. The second bedroom also features an additional TV.

The lockable basement room offers ample storage space for your bicycles and sports equipment. There is also a washing machine available for your laundry.

A parking space at the house is reserved for you.
However, you can also take the bus, as the stop is less than 100 m away, or use the adjacent walking and biking path to reach the South Beach or Burg in just a few minutes.

The sauna is an electric sauna without a steam function. The apartment meets the latest KfW energy efficiency standards.

Cell phone reception for mobile internet is good to very good. Please note that Wi-Fi is therefore not available in this holiday rental.
