This charming 2-room ground-floor holiday apartment is located in a quiet area of the municipality of Puttgarden. It offers plenty of space for up to 3 people across approximately 80 m² of living space. The apartment building is situated in a quiet location on the edge of a field on the western outskirts of the municipality of Puttgarden, near the Grüner Brink Nature Reserve.

The cosy living room is divided into two areas: one features a large couch and a TV, while the other has a sleeper sofa. From here, you have access to the spacious, furnished south-facing terrace on a wooden deck. Spend the most beautiful time of the year here in the sun, or wind down your evenings with a nice drink. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, and the dining area has plenty of space for a cosy breakfast. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom, bathed in natural light, is equipped with a bathtub with a shower.

A parking space next to the house is reserved for you. Wi-Fi is included.

There is a second holiday rental in the same apartment building. The property is just under 1,000 m² and is accessible to guests of both units. The attic apartment also has its own terrace area in the garden. The large, grassy property provides ample space for each rental unit.
