Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office at Landkirchener Weg 1, 23769 Fehmarn.

Close to the beach in the idyllic village of Staberdorf: a quiet 2-room holiday apartment with approx. 43 m² of living space on the 1st floor, featuring a balcony and accommodating up to 2 adults and 1 child, with a direct view of the sea.

Located just about 100 metres from the Baltic Sea, this beautiful apartment is part of the Ferienresidenz residential complex. The cosy living area features a pull-out sofa bed that can serve as a sleeping area if needed, a dining nook, and an open kitchenette. A TV with satellite connection is provided. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (200x200 cm) and guarantees restful nights. The en suite bathroom is tiled in light colours and features a towel warmer. The highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the furnished balcony with a direct view of the sea. Enjoy the sun from morning till night.

An outdoor parking space in front of the house is reserved for you. A shared washing machine is located in the basement. You can use a lockable shed for bicycles or your surfing gear.
