A stunning one-bedroom holiday apartment with approximately 40 m² of living space on the ground floor, featuring a terrace and ocean view, accommodating up to two people in Fehmarnsund.

This modernly equipped apartment with a magnificent ocean view has everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The apartment consists of a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed, a couch, and a dining table. The entryway features a modern, very well-equipped built-in kitchen and a coat closet. The bathroom features an XL shower. There’s also a spacious, furnished terrace with a beautiful Baltic Sea beach chair. It faces south and west and opens directly onto the garden, making it ideal for morning breakfast. As a special highlight, a modern, premium built-in sauna is available for your use. It is located in the hallway area between Apartments I and IA—therefore, coordination with the tenants of Apartment I is necessary to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Our tip: Apartments I and IA can also be rented together, e.g., for two couples or families with older children. This way, each group can enjoy their privacy while still spending the holiday together.

Ample free parking is available in the complex’s car park, subject to availability.
