Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Current notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town centre are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of the construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

You’ll be greeted by a living room area featuring a high-quality sleeper sofa that guarantees a cosy stay. You’ll also find a modern kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop and microwave, among other amenities, so you can prepare delicious meals even while on holiday. The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed promises restful nights. In addition, this room features a charmingly separated children’s area with a bunk bed, divided by a glass wall. This accommodation is rounded out by a pleasant bathroom with a shower stall. Two balconies offer you plenty of space to move around.

During the season from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, depending on seasonal weather conditions.

You can park your car at the house in the parking space assigned to the apartment.
