Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Apartments service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

The two-room Christian Radich holiday rental can accommodate up to 4 people in approximately 44 m².

The apartment features a small kitchen with a microwave with grill and a hob, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa measures a comfortable 180x200 cm—enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably. With just one simple step, you can transform the sofa into a comfortable bed, complete with a slatted frame. The bedroom is furnished with an upholstered bed featuring a 7-zone pocket spring core configured as a double bed (160x200 cm). The mattresses come in different firmness levels. All windows have blackout pleated blinds. The bathroom with shower and toilet features a glass-enclosed shower stall, a rain showerhead, and a heated towel rack. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine, dryer, and iron.

With a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, you can work or surf the Internet as needed. Both TVs have an internet connection and access to Netflix and other streaming services. Let your virtual assistant Alexa read you the weather report for Laboe, give you the latest political news, or play your favourite radio station.

From the balcony, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Kiel Fjord, the world’s busiest shipping route for large vessels. Watch the large ferries, the many recreational boats, and numerous well-known cruise ships—such as Mein Schiff, AIDA, Costa, or even the Queen Mary 2—which are easy to spot. The sunsets are spectacular. Listen to the sound of the sea and watch the lively activity on the beach.

During the season, from approximately April through September, a seasonal beach chair is available for your use on the beach, subject to seasonal weather conditions.

You can park your car in an underground parking space (maximum clearance height: 1.90 m). Larger cars and vans must find a spot outside. Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability. All guests of the Windjammer apartment complex have the option to reserve the wallbox in front of our service office across the street to charge their electric vehicle.

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to stay for an additional fee. Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property.
