Für eine kurze Verweildauer von 3-4 Tagen ist die Unterkunft aufgrund der guten Lage auf jeden Fall geeignet. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig, bei genauerem Hinsehen fallen die Mängel auf. Extrem durchgelegene Matratzen, schlecht verlegter Fußboden, keine abdunkelbaren Rollos, in dem kleinen Räumchen überall Spinnweben und Insekten wie Motten etc., dicke Staubschicht auf jeder Lampe, klebrige Nachttische und insgesamt eine sehr lieblose Einrichtung. Die gute und ruhige Lage ist sehr positiv anzumerken.

Die Ferienwohnung ist stark renovierungsbedürftigt! Der Boden kommt an einigen Stellen hoch, die Loggia ist abschüssig! Am 1. Mai haben wir bei Baulärm gefrühstückt. Ein Hinweis, dass auch an Feiertage mit Lärm zu rechnen ist, wäre gut gewesen. Rolle defekt, Bett defekt, Duschbrause nicht einstellbar, Steckdose für Nachttischlampe nicht vorhanden, Kühlschrank brummt sehr sehr laut. Gardinenleiste vorhanden, jedoch keine Gardine - eine Verdunklungsgardine wäre hier sinnvoll! Derzeit einfach nicht zu empfehlen. Schade, da die Lage gut ist.
