Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Current Notice: From late May through mid-October 2026, the K30 between Laboe and Stein will be completely closed due to construction. Since your designated service office is located in Laboe, you can only continue on to Stein and Marina Wendtorf via the signposted detour.

Located directly at the marina in Wendtorf in the Optimist building—in a prime location—you’ll find this charming one-room apartment for up to 3 people, offering a great view of the many large and small yachts in the harbour.

The apartment consists of a large living room/bedroom, with the double bed fitted precisely into a niche to save space. A curtain can be used to separate this area as desired, both during the day and at night. Next to it, you’ll find a living area with an extendable dining table, a sitting area, and a simply equipped kitchenette. The sofa can be folded out into a sleeper sofa (width: 140 cm) if needed. The modern bathroom features a heated towel rack and a large, nearly walk-in shower. From here, you can enjoy wonderful bike rides or hikes along the coast or through the enchanting salt marshes with sheep, cows, and horses. At the marina, you can charter a motorboat if you have a valid recreational boat licence. Nudists will find a designated beach area not far away.

Kids of all ages can let off steam in the indoor play paradise. Adventurers are drawn to the black-light indoor adventure golf course. For dining, the brand-new, iconic Ahoi Steffen Henssler—and soon Janny’s Ice Cream and a Beach Club—are open for business. Those who’d rather get a taste of city life can reach the state capital, Kiel, in no time.
Places like Stein are within easy walking distance, and Laboe is just a short bike ride away. In the summer, you can grab a light snack right at the marina, and fresh fish is available straight from the boat. Let the fresh sea breeze blow through your hair and enjoy a holiday on the Baltic Sea with wonderful views.

You’ll find a public parking space in front of the house. The apartment includes two lockable bike storage spaces. Wi-Fi is included.
