Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

This 27 m² one-room holiday apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. The Strandhotel apartment building is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Laboe, right on the beach.

A sleeper sofa (150x200 cm) in the living/sleeping area serves as a sleeping option. A sleeper chair is also available. The sloped ceilings give the apartment a special charm. The open kitchenette is well-equipped. The interior bathroom features a shower. The highlight of this apartment, however, is the view of the Baltic Sea. From the furnished balcony, you can enjoy a unique view of the Kiel Fjord.

The lift goes up to the 3rd floor of the building; from there, it’s just 15 steps to the holiday rental. This floor is particularly quiet because there are only a few apartments there. Shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your holiday laundry.

A parking space at the harbour (approx. 100 metres away) is reserved for you.
