Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your thoughts and would like to clarify a few points regarding your experience. Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian area, which is clearly mentioned in the listing. Being centrally located can indeed mean some activity and noise typical of hospitality areas. However, it's important to note that local regulations require restaurants to close by midnight, so they do not remain open late into the night. Regarding the air conditioning, our listing specifies that it is available during the summer months, and the building is equipped with central heating. While the centralized cooling system is not operational after September 1st, this is consistent with the information provided in the announcement. We truly value your insights and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! Best regards, Your Holidu Team.

10/10 Excellent
