Anouk Apartment, tourist tax included
The apartment is part of a detached house. We, as the landlords, also live there. The separate entrance to the apartment is accessible via an outdoor staircase on the ground floor. Right in front of it is a free parking space for your vehicle.
We look forward to welcoming every guest and hope you have a relaxing stay.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living room with a sleeper sofa and an open, integrated kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. Together, these spaces total approximately 46 m².
The apartment is practically furnished. Bedding, towels, and small items for daily use (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, salt...) are provided upon arrival and are available until they run out.
Börgerende-Rethwisch is a spa town. The spa tax payable to the municipality is already included in the nightly rate.
The rental property consists exclusively of the apartment; the land is not included.
