Live like you’re in an old Flensburg city villa—high ceilings, authentic stucco, and a sunroom bathed in morning light with a view of the historic Bundsen Chapel at the old cemetery. Welcome to Villa Rosa—a charming apartment in a historic building in the heart of Flensburg.

The large living room features a small, romantic sunroom attached to the front of the apartment. The living room has a large corner sofa and a smart TV. There’s also a large dining table with plenty of space for shared meals and game nights.

Overall, the apartment is very spacious—thanks in part to the high ceilings with authentic stucco.

The two bedrooms feature comfortable beds (160 x 200 cm). The children’s room is sure to delight little ones. The holiday rental thus features two bedrooms with double beds and a separate children’s room with two single children’s beds (length 170 cm). This means the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

The choice is yours: We offer you the option to bring your own linens to help keep your holiday costs down. Alternatively, we’re happy to provide our linens package (bed linens and towels) as an optional extra—whichever best suits your travel plans.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop (without range hood), oven, electric kettle, refrigerator with separate freezer compartments, sink, dishes, and cooking utensils). There’s also a classic drip coffee maker (size 4 coffee filters)—perfect for a cosy start to the day. Here, you can cook to your heart’s content.

The modernised bathroom features a bathtub for relaxation, as well as a heated towel rack and a window that lets in natural light.

Bedding and towels are provided free of charge.

There is a separate fitness room for yoga and exercise enthusiasts, equipped with mirrors, floor mats, dumbbells, and resistance bands.

In front of the house is a fenced-in patio with a dining table and grill, as well as two free parking spaces.

Villa Rosa, with its central location on Museumsberg, is the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful port city of Flensburg and the Flensburg Fjord.

The holiday rental is located on the mezzanine level. On the ground floor, there is another holiday rental that is used exclusively by the owner. The building entrance and stairwell are shared. The holiday rental is separate and lockable.
