Villa Angela by the lake with pool

Villa Angela is picturesquely situated on the western shore of the upper part of the lake in Pianello.
In the surrounding area there are a few residential buildings and, on the mountain side, the legendary boat museum, which is owned by the landlord. The villa has a private parking space, a heated pool with lake view and a panoramic sun terrace with adjoining private garden. The lake access and beach as well as the possibility of a boat buoy and a slide for boats brought along are adjacent to the property. Maximum comfort awaits you, guaranteed by the advanced technological solutions used in the construction of the villa.

The heated pool is located directly in front of the terrace. Thanks to the front-row location, you are practically swimming in the lake with a fantastic lake and mountain panorama.

The elegant villa is furnished with exclusive furnishings, charm and attention to detail. On arrival, guests at Villa Angela are greeted with a sumptuous welcome dinner.

You enter the villa on the mountain side on the first floor via a spacious, bright hallway which leads via a staircase to the basement, the upper floor and the living area.

On the lake side, the first floor of the villa consists of a large and bright living room with a view of the lake with two couch areas, equipped with a TV and multi-media system, a wall bookcase and a cozy fireplace. Adjacent is the spacious dining area and the modern eat-in kitchen with a large kitchen island with two ovens, a large fridge with freezer compartment and two dishwashers. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, which is also accessible for people with walking disabilities, and a guest bathroom.

Upstairs there is a living area and a further five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and independent air conditioning. Three bedrooms have their own large terrace, two of which have lake views. Each room has a different color scheme and exclusive furnishings with attention to detail.

In the basement you will find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and large sink.

Your vehicles are parked next to the villa in a private, locked parking lot.

A security deposit of EUR 1,000.00 is payable in cash on arrival and will be returned to you on departure.

Additional services included:
- On arrival on Saturday evening Welcome Dinner: Lasagne Bolognese, mixed salads, Caprese, melon with Parma ham, dessert, bread and fresh fruit

- Welcome drinks package in the fridge, consisting of: 1 liter of milk, 2 bottles of sparkling water and 2 bottles of still water, 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of juice, 1/2 bottle of Prosecco.
