Once the reservation is confirmed we will send you a Welcome Letter with helpful information such as restaurant recommendations, places to visit, various fun activities which will make your vacation a memorable one. In addition we offer Chef, babysitting, maid and concierge services upon request. We can customize your experience from a culinary tour to a fishing experience.

Why they chose this property

The villa is very elegant. It has the beauty of being an historical villa with all the modern comforts. It is well furnished with beautiful antiques, has high ceilings and beautiful large and spacious rooms. The location is stunning. Outside of the busy center of Bellagio but close to the peaceful small village of S.Giovanni (3 minutes by walking distance) where there is the Villa's boat dock, restaurant, small boutique grocer, coffee shop and wine bar and just 3 minutes to downtown Bellagio by car.

What makes this property unique

The beautiful porch over viewing the lake is magical. As soon as you arrive you find peace, nature and historical beauties. The Villa has a private dock just three minutes walking distance so that you can enjoy renting your boat and are able to dock it just a few steps from the Villa. Near the villa depart scenic trails with lovely walks that can take you to the summit of Mount St. First in order to fully appreciate the spectacle of the three branches of Lake Como and the newly discovered caves.
