About this property

Time by the lake. Studio Rosengarten – Terrace & Panoramic Views: More Than Just a Vacation

Time by the Lake. More than just a holiday.

The light-filled Studio Rosengarten combines modern design with functional simplicity—ideal for couples, business travellers, or creative minds seeking peace and inspiration. The open-concept living and sleeping area is bathed in bright natural light thanks to large windows. A comfortable double bed, a cosy reading chair, and a small workspace provide room to unwind and focus on work—perfect for a workation at Scharmützelsee.

The adjoining terrace offers an unobstructed view of the greenery—ideal for your first cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing evening with a book. A well-equipped kitchenette is available for preparing light meals.

Please note: Dogs are unfortunately not allowed in this apartment—we’d be happy to recommend Wildrose or Rosmarin instead.

Welcome to Ferienhof am Trift—where holiday feels like home.
