Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, you’ll enjoy state-of-the-art living comfort across more than 90 m²—including a large rooftop terrace and your own beach chair.

A large rooftop terrace (south/west-facing) with a beach chair and patio furniture, and a second rooftop terrace (east-facing) with a table and seating, invite you to enjoy the sun, sea air, and relaxation at any time of day.

**Living & Well-Being**
The light-filled living area opens onto the spacious rooftop terrace. Here you can relax, read, or simply enjoy the sun. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for all guests. Underfloor heating and a ventilation system with heat recovery ensure a comfortable indoor climate year-round.

**Sleeping**
Two bedrooms offer you the best in sleeping comfort: The master bedroom is furnished with a large double box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and offers direct access to the rooftop terrace. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two single beds (each 90 × 200 cm)—perfect for children or friends. Both rooms are stylishly furnished and are suitable for both couples and families with children.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
Your private sauna promises pure relaxation—especially after active days at the beach. The modern bathroom with underfloor heating creates a true spa atmosphere, while the walk-in shower rounds out your wellness experience.

**Guest Bathroom**
The comfort is complemented by a separate guest bathroom, which also features a convenient washer-dryer—ideal for longer stays.

With a high chair, travel cot, children’s tableware, books, games, and beach toys, MeerZeit is perfectly equipped for families. Wi-Fi included.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

**Services & Extras**
An underground parking space (clearance height 2.15 m) is included in the price. From there, an lift takes you directly to the 2nd floor. In front of the building, you’ll also find an EV charging station for your electric car. Contactless check-in via a key safe allows for flexible arrival times. You can securely store your bicycles in the shared bike storage room.

MeerZeit is located in a quiet area close to the beach at Seestraße 8 in Kellenhusen. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach, the promenade, and numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options.
