The residential complex consists of a total of 3 connected buildings, each with a separate entrance.

The cosy “Sonnenwinkel” apartment is located in Building C, measures 46 m², and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The double bed is separated from the living room by a room divider. The sofa bed in the living room measures 130x200 cm when unfolded. The kitchenette with a counter is equipped with a 4-burner stove, an Aldi capsule coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, and kitchen utensils.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower.
The toilet is separate. The south-facing balcony offers a fantastic view of the Feldberg.
