Hallo Noreen,
es tut uns sehr Leid, das der Aufenthalt bei uns nicht funktioniert hat. Da gab es, wie schon am Telefon besprochen, Probleme mit der Kommunikation über FeWo-direkt.
Ich bitte Sie aber noch, die Bewertung im Bezug auf die Sauberkeit zu ändern, da Sie die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ja gar nicht beurteilen können weil Sie die Unterkunft nicht genutzt haben.
