Immerse yourself in our little paradise in Koserow—our 3-room apartment "Aurum." The enchanting terrace offers an oasis of relaxation. Lean back on the comfortable lounge chairs, enjoy the shade under the umbrella, and let the gentle sea breeze soothe your senses. The terrace is surrounded by a dense beech hedge that not only provides privacy but also creates a cosy atmosphere. A private garden area with an inviting beach chair completes this idyll, exclusively for you. Here, under the open sky, your stay will be an unforgettable experience.

The new, fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your own meals, and a natural-light bathroom with a barrier-free shower, an additional rain shower, and a heated towel rack offers the utmost in comfort. Two bedrooms with double beds accommodate up to 4 people.

For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival, and a starter supply of towels is provided.

Free internet access (50 Mbit/s) and entertainment options such as a TV, DVD player, and board games ensure your comfort. For book lovers of all ages, you’ll find a collection of books in the living area.

Use the handcart for trips to the beach and park your car safely in the underground garage (entrance height 1.97 m). Bicycles can be stored in the lockable basement storage room.
