Top Hygiene. Leider immer Ware / Entsorgungsmaterialien etc. von Rossmann im Treppenhaus. Fluchtweg! WLAN, TV, Netzempfang Vodafone Top. Anderen Mobilanbieter können wir nicht bewerten, da nicht unser. War unser 3. Besuch. Es wurde ein neuer Fußbodenbelag verlegt und laufende Instandhaltungen durchgeführt.

Schlüsselübergabe lief schnell und gut.Keine Wartezeiten,FeWo bezugsfertig bei Ankunft.Tolle Lage und schöne Gegend.Wohnung toll ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage.Das einzige was noch gefehlt hat, war in der Tiefgarage,ein kleiner Fahrradständer zum besseren Abstellen der Räder und zum anschließen.Sonst war es rumdum sehr schön.
