Sehr schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ein Parkplatz für max. 2 PKW befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus. Wer es lieber mit der Bahn mag, bis zur Bahnanbindung sind es ca. 5 min. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub. Nettes Personal und schnelle und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe(n) vor und nach der An-/Abreise in Bansin.

Wir haben nun bereits zum zweiten Mal über myUsedom24 eine Unterkunft in Kölpinsee Bernsteinquartier gebucht. Diesmal ein Ferienhaus. Auch diesmal waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt und auch sehr sauber. Besonders gut das zweite Badezimmer für die Kids und die große Terrasse. PKW-Stellplatz gleich an der Seite des Hauses. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Objekt ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern bis zum Teenager-Alter sehr gut geeignet, Esstisch und Terasse lassen sogar 6 Personen zu. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Positiv sind auch die 2 Bäder mit je einer Dusche. Die Lage im Ort ist recht ruhig, die Bahn hört man wegen der Lärmschutzwand nur gedämpft. Der direkt am Haus liegende Parkplatz bietet Platz für 2 normal große PKW hintereinander. Der Gang zum Strand ist ein kleiner Spaziergang, aber kein Problem. Bei Autofahrten über die Insel sollte man sich vor allem in der Inselmitte (da wo sich das Objekt befindet) auf zähfliessenden Verkehr auf der Bundesstraße einstellen. Das Objekt bietet eine Außensteckdose (230V) zum Laden von Elektrofahrzeugen. Es wird empfohlen, sich vorher mit dem Vermieter über eine finanzielle Regelung zum zusätzlichen Strombezug zu einigen. Bei Benutzung eines E-Autos bei Fahrten über die Insel fällt der Stromverbrauch wegen des oft nur gemächlichen Tempos sehr moderat aus.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage, die überdachte Terasse erlaubt es auch bei nicht so schönem Wett..

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage, die überdachte Terasse erlaubt es auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter draußen zu sitzen. Die Usedom-Card erlaubt es kostenlos mit der Bahn zu fahren. Das ist gut, um das Auto stehen lassen zu können.
